“Highly recommend Paige, she was utterly fantastic! I felt empowered and had the birth I had hoped and planned for and there is no doubt that Paige played a huge part in this - I went from anxious about everything to being so confident that I had a calm, unmedicated birth, Paige was so supportive and knowledgable through my pregnancy and during the labour, I’m so pleased she was by my side.”

“I cannot thank Paige enough for the support she gave me during my 2nd pregnancy. My 1st labour resulted in an emergency C-section, and therefore I had the difficult decision to make of VBAC or repeat C-section. This decision was consuming me daily but the information Paige provided me with completely took away my anxiety. I felt able to make an informed decision based on the statistics and evidence she provided me with. I went from feeling very nervous, to instead feeling empowered and almost excited prior to my labour. Paige also provided me with postnatal support, and invaluable breastfeeding assistance. I was battling with tongue tie issues, but Paige’s extensive knowledge meant I could feed my baby without any problems. Having her at the end of the phone during those early days was so reassuring (sorry for the late night messages Paige!)
I cannot recommend Paige’s services enough, she is so knowledgable and passionate about all things birth. My only regret is that I didn’t enrol with her services during my 1st pregnancy too!”
“Paige was invaluable in my pregnancy and birthing journey. I instantly felt at ease talking through all of my concerns and Paige was key in making me feel safe and reassured. I could ask Paige any questions big or small, at any time of the day. Paige took time to really understand my feelings/worries going into my second birth and allowed me to feel safe and informed, helping me really think about my options and what might work for me. This culminated in me going into labour fully informed and comfortable making the right decisions for me and my baby, leading to me having the ‘perfect’ birth for me personally and healing the part of me that was scarred from my first birthing experience. Paige was there every step of the way and was also supportive and present for any postpartum needs/questions.
I really cannot thank Paige enough for everything, I’m so appreciative of the guidance and support she gave me during such a vulnerable and emotional journey!”

Postnatal Support
Embrace Package
(Add-on for Birth Packages)
This add-on offers an additional five 3-hour postnatal sessions, tailored specifically to your needs. These sessions must be used within the first 12 weeks after your baby arrives, ensuring you receive the ongoing support you need during this important, transformative time. Whether you need help with postpartum recovery, emotional support, or practical advice, I’ll be there for you every step of the way.
Lullaby Package
(Add-on for Birth Packages)
For those who want overnight support during the early days of parenthood, this package offers four 9-hour overnight postnatal visits. During these visits, I’ll provide care for your baby, allowing you to get the rest you need, so you can cherish those precious early moments with your little one. This package is to be used within 12 weeks of birth.
These services can all be scheduled at any time, whether you want to arrange them before your baby arrives or once your little one is here, depending on availability.
Day time postnatal support
Minimum of 3 hours per session.
A package of 15 hours can also be purchased at a reduced rate.
Overnight postnatal support
I offer nine hour overnight doula support (typically 9 pm–6 am), with the flexibility to adjust the hours to meet your family’s needs. The first hour is dedicated to connecting: I’ll take time to understand your baby care preferences, answer any questions, and ensure you feel completely supported. Including any support I can offer to help you wind down for the night. Sometimes this is some soft touch release therapy, sometimes it’s making you a hot drink and snack. After that, you can rest easy, knowing your little one is in caring, experienced hands.
Overnight doula care isn’t just for home, it can be an invaluable lifeline in hospital settings too. If you’re recovering after a caesarean, and/or your partner needs to return home to care for older children, I can step in to provide calm, consistent, expert support. My presence means you don’t have to worry about your baby while you rest, which can make all the difference to your recovery and confidence.
Breastfeeding support is a key part of what I do. Whether you need gentle coaching on latch, help to find a comfortable position, or reassurance through a tricky feed, I draw on my professional experience to guide and encourage you, even in the quiet hours of the night.
“Paige was excellent; a calm professional service just when we needed it most! We landed back in the UK from the USA with new born twins, and Paige provided night doula services to help parents and babies alike adjust to the new time zone. She was excellent, able to handle both twins calmly (not withstanding one having bad jet lag) and professionally, while offering advice to us as new parents. Very much recommended.”
