Doula Services in Norwich & Norfolk
BOND.BLOSSOM.BIRTH.
Every family's needs are different, so support looks different for everyone. Here's how I can help, whichever stage you're at.
“Highly recommend Paige, she was utterly fantastic! I felt empowered and had the birth I had hoped and planned for and there is no doubt that Paige played a huge part in this.”
“I went from anxious about everything to being so confident that I had a calm, unmedicated birth, Paige was so supportive and knowledgable through my pregnancy and during the labour, I’m so pleased she was by my side.”
Birth Doula
Wondering how you'll stay calm and informed when it matters most?
Every birth is different, and so is the support you need. Some people want a hands off, steady presence. Others want someone actively guiding them through each stage. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, helping you feel prepared beforehand and grounded on the day itself. Whether that's a home birth, a hospital birth, a VBAC or a planned caesarean.
I don't come with a fixed idea of what your birth should look like. I come with the training, calm and experience to support whatever your birth actually becomes.
Packages from £1980
I take on a limited number of births each month to make sure every family gets my full attention. So if you're expecting, it's worth reaching out early to check I'm still available around your due date.
Night Doula
You already know you'll be exhausted. It doesn't have to stay that way every night.
Newborn nights are relentless, and there's no medal for getting through them alone. I take care of settling and nappy changes overnight, so you can get real, uninterrupted sleep instead of running on empty.
If you're breastfeeding, I'll bring your baby to you for feeds and support you through them, so you're not doing it alone at 3am. If you're expressing or formula feeding, I can feed your baby myself, so you get proper, uninterrupted rest. Whichever way you're feeding, this is about protecting your rest, not replacing your choices.
This is available at home or in hospital. Including at short notice if plans change unexpectedly, contact me and I'll always check my availability.

Postnatal Doula
The early days can feel overwhelming before anyone tells you that's normal.
Birth is just the beginning. The weeks that follow bring such joy! But also exhaustion and a steep learning curve nobody quite prepares you for. I help with feeding, newborn care and the small jobs that pile up. So you actually get space to rest and bond with your baby rather than just survive the day. No agenda, no judgement.Just support shaped around what you and your baby need.
Embrace Package: £520

Message me to find out more.

Want practical breastfeeding guidance in your own time? My breastfeeding ebook covers everything from getting started to troubleshooting common problems, including up to date guidance on milk storage, colostrum harvesting and nappy output. So you know what's normal and what to look out for.
“I cannot thank Paige enough for the support she gave me during my 2nd pregnancy. I had the difficult decision to make of VBAC or repeat C-section. This decision was consuming me daily but the information Paige provided me with completely took away my anxiety.”
“I went from feeling very nervous, to instead feeling empowered and almost excited prior to my labour.”
“Paige provided me with postnatal support, and invaluable breastfeeding assistance. I was battling with tongue tie issues, but Paige’s extensive knowledge meant I could feed my baby without any problems.”
“I cannot recommend Paige’s services enough, she is so knowledgable and passionate about all things birth. My only regret is that I didn’t enrol with her services during my 1st pregnancy too!”
