BOND . BLOSSOM . BIRTH .

Paige Briggs, Norfolk-based doula offering birth and postnatal support.

If I’m going to be supporting you, it’s so important that we connect and get to know each other. I want you to feel completely at ease with me, so I can provide the support that’s truly right for you.

Highly recommend Paige, she was utterly fantastic! I felt empowered and had the birth I had hoped and planned for and there is no doubt that Paige played a huge part in this - I went from anxious about everything to being so confident that I had a calm, unmedicated birth, Paige was so supportive and knowledgable through my pregnancy and during the labour, I’m so pleased she was by my side.

Birth Support

Radiance Package

Feel reassured, confident, and cared for, with calm, evidence-based support personalised to you, every step of your birth journey and beyond.

Before Birth

Free connection call

We’ll start with a relaxed, no-obligation chat on Zoom and/or in person. It’s so important that you and your partner feel completely comfortable with me. After all, I’ll be there with you during one of the most significant moments of your life. This is your chance to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work. And I want your partner (if you have one) to feel just as at ease with me, so they can focus fully on being there for you, knowing they’ve got support too. So they feel confident instead of worrying about “what if something happens and I don’t know what to do?”

Initial deep-dive session

Once you book, we’ll meet to get to know each other and talk through what’s most important to you for this birth. We’ll reflect on any previous experiences, explore what you’d like this time, and start building the trust and understanding that make such a difference on the day. Drawing on my professional training and experience, I’ll take time to understand your preferences and tailor my support so it fits you and your partner from the very beginning. It’s a relaxed, open conversation designed to help you feel seen, heard, and supported from the start.

From the time of booking

You’ll have ongoing support from the moment you book. Whether it’s a wobble after a scan or you’re unsure if your surge is the start of labour, you can always reach out. You won’t be left second-guessing what’s ‘normal’. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening, with reassurance grounded in evidence and experience. This care continues until six weeks postpartum, so you never feel alone in the early days.

Preparation sessions

We’ll have two in-home sessions to prepare together. The first focuses on labour tools and birth preferences. Practising upright positions, breathing techniques, and hands-on comfort measures. I’ll guide you through how labour typically unfolds so you can understand exactly what’s happening in your body and why. Your partner will learn how to offer physical and emotional support confidently, so you both feel calm and capable when intensity builds. The second session is all about the fourth trimester: recovery, feeding, and newborn life. We’ll talk through what to expect and work through real-life scenarios - cluster feeding, sore nipples, those 3am moments when nothing seems to settle your baby. My aim is that you leave feeling prepared, supported, and equipped with practical tools for those early weeks. We’ll work through it all as a team.

As my on-call time approaches

As your on-call time approaches , we’ll have a relaxed check-in. Maybe over a cuppa, a short walk, or a quick practice of some comfort techniques and some soft touch release work. This is your space to pause, breathe, and make sure you feel calm and ready. Together we’ll review what matters most to you, so you head into birth feeling grounded and supported. Instead of thinking, “am I prepared for what’s coming?”

We’ll work through this all as a team.

Birth Support

24/7 on-call from  (usually) 38 to 42 weeks

From the moment you think labour might be starting, I’m available for you around the clock. We’ll talk through what’s happening and decide together when it’s time for me to come. You won’t be left wondering if it’s “too early” to call. We’ll talk things through, tune into what’s happening, and decide together when the right time is for me to join you.

Continuous support through labour and birth

When you’re ready, I’ll come to you and stay until you and your baby are settled. That might mean guiding your breathing and grounding you when contractions feel overwhelming, applying counter-pressure to just the right spot, dimming lights, maintaining calm in the room, explaining your preferences to the care team, or encouraging your partner to give your hips a shake with a rebozo to loosen you up and ease that intensity.

The goal is to create calm, clarity, and confidence even in the most intense moments. You’ll feel protected, informed, and able to focus inward instead of thinking, “I’m not sure I can do this.” With someone by your side who knows the process, knows you, your wishes, and what matters most to you. And helps ensure you feel in control.

Postnatal Support

Postnatal visit at home
Within the first few weeks, I’ll come to your home for a relaxed check-in. We’ll sit with a cuppa and talk through your birth, celebrating what felt empowering and gently processing anything that felt challenging. I’ll check in on your recovery and offer support with feeding, whether that’s troubleshooting latch, bottle prep, or finding comfortable positions that work for you. I can also share guidance on newborn care and signpost to trusted resources if needed.

I’ll visit within the first few weeks for a relaxed check-in. We’ll sit with a cuppa and talk through your birth, celebrate the wins, and process anything challenging. We’ll troubleshoot feeding, explore comfortable positions that work for you, and talk through newborn care. You might find yourself thinking, “I didn’t realise it could feel this hard,” and together we’ll turn that uncertainty into clarity and confidence.

Phone and message support for six weeks postpartum

I cannot thank Paige enough for the support she gave me during my 2nd pregnancy. My 1st labour resulted in an emergency C-section, and therefore I had the difficult decision to make of VBAC or repeat C-section. This decision was consuming me daily but the information Paige provided me with completely took away my anxiety. I felt able to make an informed decision based on the statistics and evidence she provided me with. I went from feeling very nervous, to instead feeling empowered and almost excited prior to my labour. Paige also provided me with postnatal support, and invaluable breastfeeding assistance. I was battling with tongue tie issues, but Paige’s extensive knowledge meant I could feed my baby without any problems. Having her at the end of the phone during those early days was so reassuring (sorry for the late night messages Paige!)
I cannot recommend Paige’s services enough, she is so knowledgable and passionate about all things birth. My only regret is that I didn’t enrol with her services during my 1st pregnancy too!
— Rosie
Paige was invaluable in my pregnancy and birthing journey. I instantly felt at ease talking through all of my concerns and Paige was key in making me feel safe and reassured. I could ask Paige any questions big or small, at any time of the day. Paige took time to really understand my feelings/worries going into my second birth and allowed me to feel safe and informed, helping me really think about my options and what might work for me. This culminated in me going into labour fully informed and comfortable making the right decisions for me and my baby, leading to me having the ‘perfect’ birth for me personally and healing the part of me that was scarred from my first birthing experience. Paige was there every step of the way and was also supportive and present for any postpartum needs/questions.
I really cannot thank Paige enough for everything, I’m so appreciative of the guidance and support she gave me during such a vulnerable and emotional journey!

Breastfeeding support is a key part of what I do. Whether you need gentle coaching on latch, help to find a comfortable position, or reassurance through a tricky feed, I draw on my professional experience to guide and encourage you, even in the quiet hours of the night.

Paige was excellent; a calm professional service just when we needed it most! We landed back in the UK from the USA with new born twins, and Paige provided night doula services to help parents and babies alike adjust to the new time zone. She was excellent, able to handle both twins calmly (not withstanding one having bad jet lag) and professionally, while offering advice to us as new parents. Very much recommended.
